Position Summary
The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing, and directing the daily functions of the Nursing Service Department, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. The role involves working alongside the Director of Nursing, the Administrator, and the Medical Director to maintain the highest quality of care for residents. The ADON also ensures adherence to health, sanitary, and infection control policies, following established standards set by the facility's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
