Centerville Health and Rehab in the Dayton, OH area is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our clinical leadership team. The ADON will support the Director of Nursing in daily operations and ensure high-quality resident care across short-term rehab-to-home and long-term services.

Requirements include an active RN license, prior ADON or nursing leadership experience, and skilled nursing facility/LTC experience.
