Job summary

Northern Pines Rehabilitation and Nursing in Cut Bank, MT is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in coordinating clinical operations and ensuring high-quality resident care. A daily pay option is available for this role.

The ADON will supervise nursing staff, develop programs, plan workloads, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor teams. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN license in the state of employment.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing is preferred.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program is required.
• Completion of orientation as per company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Criminal background check clearance.
• Proof of identity and eligibility within three days of hire.

**Daily Pay Available**

ADON Requirements:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state employed.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing and experience in working with geriatric residents is preferred.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
• Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
