Northern Pines Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON in leading clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will oversee shift staffing, develop nursing programs, supervise staff, and enforce policies to meet regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes training, program development, and continuous quality improvement within a compassionate geriatric setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing is preferred.
• Ability to plan, assign, and supervise shifts and staff performance.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local care standards.

• Ensure nursing staff follow department procedures and policies.
• Address patient complaints promptly to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ensure that nursing staff perform assigned duties accurately and timely.
• Provide job training to nursing staff to meet department goals.
• Ensure that nursing programs comply with federal, state and local standards.

The primary purpose of theADONis to assist in the planning, organizing, development, and direction or the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with the guidelines and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.

**Daily Pay Available**

ADON Requirements:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state employed.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing and experience in working with geriatric residents is preferred.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
• Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
