Western Hills Retirement Village, a Caring Place Healthcare Group facility, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support daily nursing operations and staff supervision in Ohio. The role requires an active RN/LPN license and CPR certification, with a focus on regulatory compliance and care quality.

You will collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs to maintain resident-centered care, oversee policies, and guide care planning, staffing, and performance evaluations.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily operations of the nursing department.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Support development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
• Monitor quality of care and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to staff, including care planning and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care.
• Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
