RAM Recruiting is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its clinical leadership team at a skilled nursing facility in Ocean County, NJ. The ADON will work with the DON to oversee daily nursing operations and lead a dedicated team of nurses.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license, has prior ADON experience in a SNF/LTC setting, and demonstrates strong leadership, mentorship, and compliance skills.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily nursing operations

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: Up to $125,000 per year

• Full-time

• Location: Ocean County, NJ

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey

• Prior ADON experience in a nursing home, OR 3+ years as a Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor, or Unit Manager in a nursing home setting

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
