Central Nursing Home is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to help organize and oversee all nursing operations. This role will support the DON in creating a collaborative and efficient workplace focused on quality standards and policies for excellent patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with managerial/administrative development experience.
• Knowledge of KPI/KQIs in patient care and nursing home procedures.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting in a healthcare setting.
