Forest Park Nursing and Rehabilitation in Carlisle, PA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing, oversee daily nursing operations, and mentor staff.

The ADON will ensure regulatory compliance, participate in budget planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care. This role offers a stable work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Experience in nursing leadership, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong clinical and managerial skills.
• Experience in LTC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing day-to-day nursing operations.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure quality and resident satisfaction.
• Participate in budget planning and management related to nursing services.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance nursing care delivery.
• Provide leadership and support during emergencies or challenging situations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of care.
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding clinical practices and protocols.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong clinical and managerial skills.
• Experiencein LTC is preferred
• Responsible, ready, and eager to work
