Job summary

ExcelCare At the Pines is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and uphold high standards of care in our skilled nursing facility in New Jersey.

The ADON will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, develop and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team, provide mentorship and performance evaluations, and address resident and family concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey with knowledge of long‑term care regulations and best practices.
• Leadership or supervisory nursing experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
