ExcelCare At the Pines in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and uphold clinical excellence in a skilled nursing facility.

You will lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, provide training and evaluations, and address resident and family concerns with professionalism. This role requires a NJ-licensed RN.

• Must be a licensed RN in New Jersey.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in managing and supervising the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Supporting compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for nursing staff

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey with a strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role is preferred. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
