Job summary

Apploi is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee the nursing staff and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in a New Jersey long-term care setting. The ADON supports the Director of Nursing in daily operations and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise, train, and mentor staff; participate in care plan development; ensure accurate assessments and documentation; assist with scheduling; and promote continuous improvement within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care
