A leading senior living community in Wilton, CT is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing. This role focuses on coordinating resident care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring quality service delivery. Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and healthcare personnel. Registered Nurses will direct resident care, including making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care, and documenting all pertinent information regarding care and residents' overall condition and behavior.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to ensure comprehensive resident care. An RN license is required.

Salary ranges from $36.96 to $47.08 per hour, based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. We encourage veterans, transitioning active-duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply. We also support associates' naturalization process by advancing fees for Form N-400 applications, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of employment.
