Lincoln Care and Rehab in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing to join a dynamic clinical team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality resident care for seniors.

The position requires a Kansas RN license, CPR certification, and relevant leadership experience in long-term care, with familiarity in Medicare/Medicaid processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certification in adult CPR.
• 3 years of experience, preferably as an Assistant DON or RN Unit Manager in geriatric nursing preferred.
• Medicare and Medicaid knowledge preferred.
• LTC Management Experience with excellent clinical evaluation skills.
• 2+ years of experience as an RN; one year in long-term care preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding long term care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident services.
