Lincoln Care and Rehab in Wichita, KS is hiring a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. The ADON will assist in day-to-day clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, train staff, and drive continuous quality improvement for resident services.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certification in adult CPR.
• 3 years of experience, preferably as an Assistant DON or RN Unit Manager in geriatric nursing.
• Medicare and Medicaid knowledge preferred.
• LTC Management Experience with excellent clinical evaluation skills.
• 2+ years of experience as an RN; one year in long-term care preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding long term care.
