Aspire Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join as Assistant Director of Nursing (RN). You will lead clinical operations, collaborate with the Director of Nursing, and ensure high-quality patient care with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Missouri RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in long term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, regulations and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and overseeing nursing services.
• Provide guidance, support and mentorship to nursing staff for professional growth and morale.
• Monitor and evaluate quality of patient care and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct rounds to assess patient conditions and ensure proper nursing interventions.

Aspire Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-TimeAssistant Director of Nursing (RN)to join our leadership team. As the Assistant Director of Nursing (RN), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily clinical operations of our facility, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

The Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) collaborates closely with the Director of Nursing and other key staff to foster a positive work environment, support nursing staff, and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
