Job summary

Aspire Senior Living is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) on a full-time basis in Missouri. This leadership role oversees daily clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with the Director of Nursing to foster a positive work environment and high-quality patient care.

The position includes a new $4,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Missouri.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing nursing services.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to ensure professional growth and high morale.
Monitor quality of patient care and implement improvement plans.
Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct rounds to assess patient conditions and ensure proper nursing interventions.
Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
Assist in audits, inspections, and surveys.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff competencies.
Facilitate continuing education and professional development for nursing staff.
Act as liaison between nursing staff, physicians, patients, and families.
