Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our leadership team at our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with daily operations, oversee nursing staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN License.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations and clinical oversight
• Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with the state and federal regulations
• Monitor clinical documentation, staffing, and infection control practices
• Promote teamwork, staff development, and excellent resident outcomes.
