Forest Hill Health & Rehabilitation in Richmond, VA is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing operations, supervise staff, and uphold 5-star resident care. This full-time leadership role reports to the Director of Nursing and offers a chance to make a sustained impact on outcomes and culture.

The ADON will manage daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support care planning and staff development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA - Required
• 2+ years of nursing leadership in long-term care/SNF
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Organizational skills to juggle priorities and stay ahead of issues
