Williamsburg Post Acute & Rehabilitation VA in Williamsburg, VA seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and uphold resident-centered, high-quality care.

The DON will oversee nursing services, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Administrator to drive clinical excellence and a positive work culture. Full-time leadership role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia
• 3+ years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong knowledge of CMS and Virginia state regulations
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Passion for resident-centered care and clinical excellence
