Job summary

The Gardens at Monroe is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support the Director of Nursing in leading daily nursing operations in a long-term care setting, ensuring resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will supervise staff, serve as Staff Educator, participate in QAPI initiatives, and ensure readiness for audits while maintaining a compassionate, patient-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care or hospital setting.
• BSN preferred.
• IV certification preferred.
