Job summary

RegalCare at Glen Ridge is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator for a 40 per hour position in a facility-based setting. The role focuses on accurate MDS assessments, RAI management, and collaborative care planning to support quality outcomes and reimbursement.

Candidate must hold an active RN or LPN license and have prior MDS experience in long-term care. Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and RAI requirements is required, with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MDS Coordinator to join our team in a 40 per hour position. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for a balanced schedule while continuing to play a key role in care coordination and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST have Active RN or LPN license in good standing


• Prior MDS experience in a long-term care setting preferred
