Job summary

Diversicare of Oak Ridge in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). You will lead the nursing team, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance in a post-acute setting.

The ADON will oversee staffing and training, drive quality improvement, and support a collaborative, patient-focused environment. A valid RN license and at least three years of nursing experience, including supervisory work, are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience with at least one year in supervision.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication, and commitment to quality care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
