Job summary

Diversicare of Oak Ridge is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the nursing team, oversee staffing and training, and drive quality improvement in our long-term care setting. This leadership role focuses on regulatory compliance, patient outcomes, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, have at least three years of nursing experience with supervisory experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing (Tennessee).
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
