Diversicare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the nursing team at our Hillwood West facility. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant patient care and shaping the department's standards through hands-on leadership.

You'll oversee staffing, training, and quality improvement initiatives, partnering with administrators to ensure regulatory compliance, staff development, and excellent resident outcomes in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
