Job summary

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking an experienced RN to step into the Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) role at Copper Basin in Ducktown, TN. You will lead the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinical excellence in a post-acute care setting.

This position requires an active RN license, at least three years in nursing with one year in supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills. Long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
