Job summary

The Springs of Jonesboro is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our compassionate care team in our long‑term care facility in Jonesboro. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure high standards of care, manage patient records, and coordinate with physicians, patients, and families to optimize outcomes.
