Job summary

The Springs of Jonesboro is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to provide leadership and clinical oversight in our long-term care facility in Jonesboro. The role requires strong organization, triage, and staff supervision to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating with doctors and families, reporting to management, recruiting and training staff, maintaining confidential records, conducting ongoing education, and implementing policy
