Eldon Nursing & Rehab in Eldon, Missouri is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care. The role includes hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance coaching across shifts.

The ADON will monitor budgetary constraints, participate in staff meetings, evaluate nurses, and review patient records to maintain accuracy and compliance. This on-site leadership position offers opportunities for professional growth and team
