gpac represents a respected Texas healthcare facility seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its leadership team. You will lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver compassionate, compliant resident care.

The ideal candidate is an LPN or RN with strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a patient-focused approach, ready to drive quality improvements and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

A respected healthcare facility in Texas is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to help lead a dedicated nursing staff while ensuring the highest standards of care for residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with strong leadership abilities and a passion for providing high‑quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to foster a positive and effective care environment
• Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations within the facility
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality resident care in compliance with federal and Wisconsin state regulations
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support implementation of best practices and continuous improvements in clinical care
• Assist the Director of Nursing with staffing, training, and performance management initiatives
• Help maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of federal and state long‑term care regulations
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
