Job summary

Stellar Care Group seeks a Licensed Registered Nurse to support facility operations and ensure the highest standard of resident care. You will report to the Director of Nursing and help manage personnel, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal nursing services.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strong planning and interpersonal skills. The role includes supervising the nursing staff and CNAs to ensure continuous 24-hour coverage and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN.
• Thorough knowledge of ODH regulations.
• Supervise nurses, CNAs and scheduling to ensure full staffing.
