Job summary

Diversicare is seeking an experienced RN to step into the Assistant Director of Nursing role in our post-acute care setting. This leadership position focuses on quality of care, regulatory compliance, and staff development to drive excellence across the nursing department.

You will lead and inspire the nursing team, oversee staffing, and champion quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has an active RN license, 3+ years in nursing with supervisory

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
