Diversicare in Ducktown, TN is seeking an experienced RN to join us as Assistant Director of Nursing. This leadership role focuses on shaping care quality and mentoring a skilled nursing team.

Responsibilities include leading staff, overseeing staffing and training, and driving quality improvements to ensure exceptional patient care. RN license and supervisory experience are required; LTC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience.

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
