Duties include supervising maintenancestaff, work assisting withpreventive maintenance programs, Life safetysystems, responding to facility issues, coordinating withvendors, maintaining records and compliance withfacility policies and regulations.

The role serves as the maintenance director's day to day representative and back up and must be skilled in a preferred trade. .
