Job summary

Encore at Parkside is seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance to support the maintenance director with the daily operations of the maintenance department in a skilled nursing facility.

Duties include supervising maintenance staff, assisting with preventive maintenance programs, life safety systems, responding to facility issues, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records and compliance with facility policies and regulations.

and regulations. The role serves as the maintenance director's day to day representative and back up and must be skilled in a preferred trade. .
