The Assistant Director of Learning & Development will be responsible for engaging with Agency leadership to develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies, management training, performance evaluation model enhancements, conflict resolution strategies, and overall employee professional development approaches that support individual employee, division and Agency needs. The role is tasked with fostering a culture of continuous learning and development that empowers staff, improves performance, and supports career growth in alignment with Agency goals.The ideal candidate is collaborative, has direct experience in developing, implementing, and managing professional development practices for employees in multiple departments and at varied levels of roles and responsibility across organizations and seeks to help cultivate a workplace culture where all staff can grow and thrive.
Salary Range: $100,000-110,000
This position requires working 3 days in our Deerfield office. The person selected may work from home 2 days per week if desired.
