Overview: The Diplomat Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated Banquet Houseperson Supervisor to lead their team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in banquet setup within a large convention center and prior leadership experience. A background in the hotel industry is a plus.

About the Resort: This 1000-room oceanfront resort features two beachside pools, a splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of pristine beach. Enjoy stunning views, diverse dining options, and sunshine in Hollywood, Florida.

Shift & Compensation:

• Shift Pattern: Flexible support for AM, PM, and overnight shifts
• Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist Housepersons with setup and cleanup to meet event specifications
• Oversee tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, window cleaning, floor waxing, and trash disposal
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing banquet functions
• Greet clients and guests, respond to inquiries promptly
• Lead department meetings as needed
