Job summary

You will supervise the Maintenance department, coordinate repairs, and act on-call as needed, ensuring reliable building systems, utilities, and safety compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related work experience.
• HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility operations including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Ensure hospital compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Diagnose problems and plan timely repairs; maintain a safe working environment.
• General maintenance and repair tasks: ceiling tiles, cables, wallpaper, floors, sheet rock; test equipment and document results.
• Plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair; install and repair components; ensure safety and reliability of systems.
