Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Bartender to craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide outstanding guest service in a vibrant retirement community setting.

You will become knowledgeable about the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, and handle orders and payments while ensuring a smooth, enjoyable guest experience. Compensation is $22 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Meet state age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (training within 90 days if required).
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Join our team as a Bartender! In this role, you’ll craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating a positive experience for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will need

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier)
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
