Responsibilities

• Review financial aid files, verify information, and resolve appeals with professional judgment.
• Oversee packaging, revision, and finalization of financial aid awards across programs.
• Lead marketing, communications, outreach, and athletic program coordination efforts.
• Coordinate with Bursar, Admissions, and Athletics for accurate disbursement and compliance.
• Manage dietary meal plan budget and related student support programs.
