The Assistant Director of Facilities Management serves as the primary operational liaison between the campus community and Facilities Management. This position provides leadership and oversight of daily facilities operations and assumes departmental leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Director. The role requires independent decision-making and the ability to manage ongoing maintenance operations and facilities-related projects, including Major Repair and Renovation (MRR) initiatives.

Facilities Operations & Maintenance Management - (40%)

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually.
