Job summary

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited is seeking a supervisor for the day program, working with the Director to implement and monitor the delivery system and provide program direction. The role ensures meaningful activities for attendees and oversees staff training to meet regulatory and agency requirements.

The position requires QIDP status, a related B.A./B.S. degree, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, with strong compliance awareness and knowledge of the Precision Care Application.

Qualifications

• 1. B.A./B.S. degree in a related field.
• 2. Thorough knowledge of day habilitation (690) regulations.
• 3. Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• 4. QIDP status.
• 5. Performs all job responsibilities in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• 6. Knowledge of the Precision Care Application.

Responsibilities

• Implement, coordinate and monitor the day program delivery system in collaboration with the Director.
• Provide program direction and ensure meaningful activities for day program attendees.
• Oversee staff training program; monitor type, frequency and amount of training for employees and volunteers.
