Job summary

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited is seeking a supervisor for the day program, working with the Director to implement and monitor the delivery system and provide program direction. The role ensures meaningful activities for attendees and oversees staff training to meet regulatory and agency requirements.

The position requires QIDP status, a related B.A./B.S. degree, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, with strong compliance awareness and knowledge of the Precision Care Application.

Qualifications

• 2. Thorough knowledge of day habilitation (690) regulations.
• 3. Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• 4. QIDP status.
• 5. Performs all job responsibilities in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• 6. Knowledge of the Precision Care Application.

Responsibilities

• Implement, coordinate and monitor the day program delivery system in collaboration with the Director.

Job description

In conjunction and coordination with the Director, implements, coordinates and monitors program delivery system. Provides program direction and ensures the provision of a high level of meaningful activities to the people attending the day program. Responsible for staff training program including monitoring the type, frequency and amount of training employees/volunteers need and receive.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1. B.A/B.S. degree in a related field.
• 2. Thorough knowledge of day habilitation (690) regulations.
• 3. Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• 4. QIDP status.
• 5. Performs all job responsibilities in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Adheres to the agency's corporate compliance program, including the code of business conduct, the NYS and Federal False Claims Acts, whistleblower protections and mandatory reporting. Completes corporate compliance training at least annually. Fully cooperates in all corporate compliance investigations and reviews.
