Brown University is seeking an Assistant Director of Catering Operations to oversee planning and organization of the Brown Dining catering division. You will lead a team of managers, supervisors, and union staff, promoting collaboration and accountability while delivering high-quality service and diverse menu packages.
In this role, you will partner with OUC and the Communications and Outreach Manager to market services, manage the budget, and offer competitive pricing.

The successful candidate will maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring high quality services and a variety of contemporary and on-trend menu packages.
