Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in higher education, college student personnel or a closely related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in co-curricular programming or campus events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement campus events and programs that enhance student engagement and learning.
• Oversee large campus events such as Welcome Week, Beacons events, and student programming budgets.
• Supervise 3–4 student employees and approximately 25 program board members.
• Coordinate with campus partners to provide opportunities that build community and belonging.
• Oversee the Game Room operations and budget, ensuring a welcoming environment.
