Loras College seeks an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications to support day-to-day media relations for 24 varsity programs. You’ll manage statistics, content for Duhawks.com and social channels, and assist with biographical pages, rosters, schedules and press releases.
Experience with photography/videography and SIDEARM CMS is valued. Occasional travel with teams and weekend/evening hours are required. Strong writing skills and Catholic identity alignment are essential.
The assistant director of athletic communications will assist in the day-to-day communications and media relations efforts for all 24 varsity athletic programs at Loras College, including the 23 NCAA Division III athletic teams, under the direct supervision of the director of athletic communications. Additional consideration will be given to those candidates who possess experience in creative media, including photography and videography along with statistical experience with StatCrew and NCAA Live Stats.
