Symphony of Linden is seeking an Assistant Director of Assisted Living to support the Director in daily operations of the ALF and memory care unit. You will help implement goals and policies, ensuring a cohesive team and high-quality guest care across all shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, organizational skills, and empathy, with a focus on prioritizing care, staff workload, and continuous improvement within a Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

PURPOSE:

Assistant Director of Assisted Living will assist the Director of Assisted Living to oversee and manage the daily operations of the assisted living and memory care Inns, through the implementation of goals and policies of the Facility and Department of Nursing at the management level. To develop a cohesiveness unit and a continuity of care for guests; to maintain organization and supervision of the unit while delivering optimum level of care. This involves supervision of the unit on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seeing that each shift promotes continuity of care. This is a salary exempt position, and the attendance policy applies to the position. Any deviation must be approved ahead of time by the Director of Assisted Living.
