Job summary

Symphony Care Network, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Director of Assisted Living to support the Director in daily ALF and memory care operations. You will supervise staff, implement policies, and promote continuity of care across shifts within a safety-focused environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and empathy for residents, families, and staff while aligning with facility goals and attendance policies.

Qualifications

• Assist Director of Assisted Living with daily operations of ALF & Memory Care.
• Lead and supervise staff to maintain high care standards.
• Establish priorities of care considering staff workload.
• Demonstrate compassion for guests, families and team members.
• Background check required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assisted living and memory care unit 24/7 to ensure continuity of care.
• Implement goals and policies at the management level with the Director.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to optimize resident outcomes.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and adherence to census targets.

PURPOSE:

Assistant Director of Assisted Living will assist the Director of Assisted Living to oversee and manage the daily operations of the assisted living and memory care Inns, through the implementation of goals and policies of the Facility and Department of Nursing at the management level. To develop a cohesiveness unit and a continuity of care for guests; to maintain organization and supervision of the unit while delivering optimum level of care. This involves supervision of the unit on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seeing that each shift promotes continuity of care. This is a salary exempt position, and the attendance policy applies to the position. Any deviation must be approved ahead of time by the Director of Assisted Living.
