• Respond to high volume email and phone inquiries with accurate information.
• Greet and direct every campus visitor entering the MIT Welcome Center.
• Collaborate with Admissions colleagues and campus partners on scheduling and operations.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
• Serve as the office manager of the admissions office and maintain communications across teams.
• Review and select undergraduate applicants and participate on the admissions committee.
• Engage in outreach and yield activities as assigned.
