University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Assistant Director of the School of Nursing - Business Operations and Analytics for a 12-month, tenure-track/tenured faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The role provides strategic leadership of business operations, analytics, budgeting, and accreditation support while aligning with the School's strategic priorities.

Earned doctoral degree in nursing.
Eligible for appointment as a tenure-track or tenured faculty member at the rank indicated.
Current, unencumbered RN license or eligibility for Florida licensure.
Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, administration, or operational management.
Strong analytical, organizational, financial, communication, and leadership skills.

Mansioni

Manage day-to-day operational functions under the direction of the Director.
Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and administrative processes.
Coordinate operational activities across academic programs, faculty, staff, simulation, clinical education, admissions, and university partners.
Ensure operational readiness for each academic term.
Promote organizational effectiveness and continuous process improvement.
