Job summary

unf seeks an Assistant Director of the School of Nursing - Business Operations and Analytics to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the School's operational functions, analytics, budgeting, and resource management for a 12-month tenure-track/tenured faculty appointment.

The role collaborates with the Director and program leaders to advance strategic initiatives, maintain accreditation readiness, and deliver executive dashboards that drive informed decisions across enrollment, workload,

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operational functions under the Director.
Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and administrative processes.
Coordinate operational activities across programs, faculty, staff, simulation, admissions, and university partners.
Ensure operational readiness for each academic term.
Promote organizational effectiveness and continuous process improvement.
Develop executive dashboards and KPIs for performance monitoring.
Analyze metrics such as enrollment, retention, graduation, and faculty workload.
Prepare reports for accreditation, university leadership, and state reporting.
Use predictive analytics to support enrollment, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
Coordinate faculty workload and scheduling; support recruitment and onboarding of faculty.
Collaborate to support CCNE accreditation, AACN Essentials, and continuous quality improvement.
